Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make cancellations and rescheduling as simple as possible while protecting the time and resources we dedicate to your event

1. Cancelling Your Event

  • More than 14 days before your event: You may cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit or prepaid amount

  • 7 to 14 days before your event: You may cancel with a 50% refund of your deposit or prepaid amount

  • Less than 7 days before your event: Unfortunately, we cannot refund deposits or payments because materials may have already been purchased and staff scheduled

2. Rescheduling

  • We are happy to reschedule your event if we can find a new date that works

  • Reschedules made more than 7 days in advance will incur no fee

  • Reschedules made less than 7 days in advance may be subject to a $25 scheduling fee

3. Weather or Emergency Cancellations

  • For outdoor events, if severe weather occurs, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost

  • In the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances on our side, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled date or full refund
